The project for the 21 Apartments at Gulbenkian, in Lisbon, is defined by a vision of abstraction and solidity within an urban context. Adjacent to the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, the contemporary building comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom typologies, with a strong emphasis on generous social areas and abundant natural light captured through large window openings overlooking the city. In the private areas, the careful design of storage spaces and the selection of noble materials such as natural stone, glass and wood create serene, functional and timeless environments. The minimalist aesthetic, combined with the solidity and beauty of the materials, gives rise to interiors where detail and simplicity become expressions of elegance.
The building incorporates sustainability principles, including efficient energy management systems, thermal control, solar panels and integrated domotics, as well as infrastructure for electric vehicle charging. The project establishes a new paradigm of contemporary living in Lisbon, combining luxury, exclusivity and a sophisticated urban experience.
