The headquarters project for Harmonious Formula, Lda., located in Benavente, is designed for the cultivation and production of pharmaceutical and cosmetic raw materials, namely medicinal cannabis under GACP and GMP standards. The intervention focuses on the construction of a single building, fully adapted to the company's operational requirements and integrating all necessary technical specialties. The aim is to establish a high-quality facility that will create around 50 new jobs, including administrative roles and scientific research positions in laboratory environments.

The architectural concept is defined by the subtraction of circular geometric forms from a pure, minimal, industrial rectangular volume. These voids shape and illuminate the entrance and office areas. The building features a minimalistic white façade, characterised by the curved subtraction that marks the entrance. The architecture is defined by light and abstract plasticity, where the white plane of the façade contrasts with the reflecting water features in the exterior landscape, evoking the distinctive scenery of the Lezíria do Tejo.
