The project consists of a seven-storey residential building comprising 24 apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, complemented by communal areas that include a panoramic swimming pool overlooking the sea, patios and a gym, offering a daily living experience open to the contemplative atmosphere of Estoril. Based on a premise of formal abstraction and programmatic precision, the building presents itself as a minimal and quiet volume, subtly integrated into the urban fabric. The apartments emphasise spatial depth and natural light, with large openings and balconies that frame the Atlantic as a continuous backdrop. The material palette — wood, natural stone and glass — reinforces the formal clarity of the ensemble, where simplicity becomes an expression of architectural authenticity.

The project proposes a contemplative residential experience, in which architecture engages with the sea, the light and the rhythm of the place.
