The project establishes its own architectural language through its curved, minimalist façades, flowing seamlessly with the surrounding pine forest landscape of Aroeira. This design allows the houses to shield themselves at street level, creating a sense of protection, before opening generously onto their private patios.

The development comprises eight single-family houses, each preserving the intimacy of its inner courtyards and the central patio with a pool, where light reflects and multiplies, returning to the space an atmosphere of quietude and contemplation.

The architecture seeks a synthesis between solidity and lightness, between formal rigor and the natural expression of materials. Natural stone, glass and wood construct a serene lexicon, allowing the interior to breathe in continuity with the exterior. The large openings transform the ground floor into a generous space in which the social areas extend naturally towards the patios.

These eight houses propose a new way of living in Aroeira—where time slows down and light finds its place—celebrating contemplation, privacy and an intimate relationship with nature.
