The Seixal Palliative Care Clinic project is a rehabilitation and palliative care centre located in Seixal, within the natural landscape of the Tagus Estuary. The design is grounded in sustainability principles and is characterised by an organic form that merges with its surroundings, shaped by pathways and expressed through materials such as wood, steel, and glass.

The core activity of the facility is the provision of Palliative Healthcare Services, with a total capacity of 80 rooms. The programme comprises a hospital, a new chapel, and a restaurant serving both the hospital and the wider public. In addition, the project includes a clinic that proposes the rehabilitation of the classified heritage building Moinho Velho dos Paulistas, as well as a cultural centre with exhibition areas, studios, and an open-air amphitheatre for use by the local community.

The building also incorporates complementary services such as outpatient consultations, physical medicine and rehabilitation, a day centre, home-care support, and dedicated areas for training and technological development.
